Tbh, I'd preffer those with upper DNA connectors. I find it more interesting to have more options, rather than being just "robust" and sturdy

What sounds did you use?

I took my H5 out and it was absolutely unusable with all the stickiness of the rubber covering, even though it's hardly used and in mint condition. I did a UA-cam search for this and there were many videos on methods of fixing this major manufacturing flaw. ARMOR ALL did not work. ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL did not work either. I tried using a towel, paper towel, bamboo paper towel, Zeiss Lens Wipes....but NOTHING I tried worked. *So, earlier today I contact customer service. I will update this channel on the results.*

I fixed the same issue as yours with gaffer tape. It solves the issue perfectly!

I really liked your review. I own a Yamaha Clavinova CLP 320. Also a Casio CT-S1. But both of them are not easily enough to bring with me wherever I go. So that's why I decided to buy two of LUMI Keys. To have at least 48 notes. Because I don't see how to play a music sheet with just 24 keys or notes.

Captain never follows my Ableton loop, it makes it unusable for me. I've even checked and unchecked the loop in Captain chords. Have you ran into that?

Thankfully I stumbled upon your video. Emailed them already and got the first notification email. Fingers crossed that they will carry through and be able to replace mine too. The stickiness is just so bad at the moment.

Thanks for making this. I’ve been exploring Nashville note system (NNS) and the flexibility it offers for changing key. Been playing with NNS on guitar and even using capo it is a bit challenging to do with all keys. Got to thinking, “I should try NNS with Push in this mode you’re showing so well. I could toggle to a different key and easily play a 1 4 5 1 progression. And learning some inversions this way would also be easier than on guitar.

Can you use the Lumi like any other MIDI controller? Or can you only use it with certain/proprietary software?! Thanks!

I know this is an old review but I got my Lumis a couple of weeks ago and I agree with what you say. I'd also like to add that the per-key pitch bend is pretty dreadful, at least to me, I can't control it properly like I can with a wheel. That said, the aftertouch is beautiful and smooth and that's probably the only reason I haven't sent them back. It's probably the nicest aftertouch I've seen.

Maybe you can help me. I got the Lumi Keys but i can't change the colours like you have in this video. For example in the Roli Studio Player Arpeggiator has always an orange color attached. But i would like to have it just the white color like in your video. When i change the window, like close the Roli Studio Player and work inside of Ableton. I have different colours but there the Arpeggiator does not light up. I only get the effect when the Roli Studio Player Plugin is open. Do you understand what i mean? I would like to custom change the Arpeggiator Color to match your colours here in the video. Cheers Daniel

Thank you for this video! It sounds funny but problem is quite opposite: the plastic mic mount is soooooooooooo tight that I couldn't remove it from the Nikon Z8 camera. I had to push it with both hands in order to remove it from the camera's hot shoe mount. I don't want some plastic thingy to be stuck in my camera. I'll try this Neewer mount that can be removed from the camera pretty fast. I got a quick question about those two small metal balls inside the Neewer adapter - are there any springs below them, right?

The limit is 5. The keys have a very different feel. You do need a Midi host to use it because the Roli Dashboard is needed to set the MIDI channel/MPE assignments. The Akai is more flexible. The Akai is more flexible. The Roli dashboard is used to change the colors.

I really want to love this keyboard, I ordered two of them but the sensitibity is really off. Both have trouble registering lighter touches, I have to press each key harder to get a note, otherwise the key will not light up. It's impossibile to me to play piano this way. Does yours have this issue too?

This thing should have been recalled day one for having no off button! I have 3 of these and they each get stuck in the 3 lights crash mode once a week!!! (THIS IS THE STUPIDEST DESIGN TO NOT HAVE A FORCE OFF OPTION OR A PATCH UPDATE BY NOW. The fix is they make you wait A WEEK!!!! for repair because that's how long it takes for the battery to die and reset. THEY ALL WILL DO THIS NO MATTER WHAT. BUYERS BEWARE!!
